We’ll never run out of reasons (excuses) to take things easy.
Our brains, bodies and lives are engineered to tell us to take a break, sit down, relax.
If you’re in a conversation with yourself about whether or not you should exercise it shows that you have the TIME and the MEANS to train, you’re simply trying to talk yourself out of doing something difficult.
Refuse to participate in this debate inside you’re head…if you do it’s a one way street and you’ll always lose.
Instead, put your gym gear on and get moving!
On that note, everyone has time.
There are 1440 minutes in each and every day.
A 20 minute workout is just over 1% of your day…let’s call 15 minutes that 1%…you can get a very good workout in 15 minutes using just your bodyweight.
I want you to feel better about yourself, have more energy, live a better life but if you’re not willing to dedicate 1% of your day to some kind of Movement Practice then in all honesty you don’t deserve to feel great.
To get that wonderful feeling you’ve gotta be willing to pay with a bit of sweat equity.
You’ve gotta be willing to swallow some discomfort so that you can taste the rainbow!
Like anything in life worth having, there’s some work involved.
Do The Work.
